When it comes to trail running and ultrarunning, learning how to properly train, fuel and race can feel like drinking from a firehose. There is a lot of good information out there, but as busy runners we don’t have a ton of time to sit and read every book and article we’d like.
Podcasts are great because you can listen and learn while running. World-renowned running coaches are just out there providing free information for you to stream into your dirtbag brain! What a time to be alive.
Below are some of my favorite trail and ultrarunning-related podcasts. From the science-heavy to the goofy, pick any one of these and learn something that will benefit your running.
